If for some reason a prescription doesn't go through for any reason and it's been days.. don't you think you would call the patient to advise them? I mean I would think that would make sense, instead of making them wait days for a prescription they need, I had to call to figure all this out. Now how would the issue have ever gotten resolved? Very poor customer service on your part. I will no longer go to your store, and I was a frequent customer before hand.
